Motorola Moto G47 available with 108 MP camera and 120Hz display
Motorola's Moto G47 has been released with 5G connectivity, Android 16 and a 5200 mAh battery. Listed prices include $199.50, €189.00 and £186.24.

The Motorola Moto G47 is available following its April 29, 2026 announcement and May 15 release. The phone combines a 6.67-inch 120Hz display, a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor and a 108 MP main camera, with Android 16 and 5G connectivity also on the specification sheet.
Design & display
The Moto G47 uses a 6.67-inch IPS LCD with a resolution of 720 x 1604 pixels. Its 20:9 panel has a listed pixel density of approximately 264 ppi, a 120Hz refresh rate and 1050 nits of brightness in high-brightness mode. The screen-to-body ratio is approximately 84.3%.
The handset measures 166.2 x 76.5 x 7.9 mm and weighs 191 g. Its construction includes a plastic frame and a silicone polymer back described as eco leather. Colour options are Pantone Impenetrable, Nautical Blue and Fuchsia Red.
An IP64 rating covers dust protection and resistance to water splashes. The sheet also lists MIL-STD-810H compliance, accompanied by a caveat that this does not guarantee ruggedness or use in extreme conditions. A fingerprint reader sits on the side.
Performance
Inside is the 6 nm MediaTek Dimensity 6300. Its octa-core CPU pairs two Cortex-A76 cores running at 2.4 GHz with six Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0 GHz, alongside a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.
Three memory configurations are listed: 4GB RAM with 128GB storage, 8GB RAM with 128GB storage, and 8GB RAM with 256GB storage. The phone uses UFS 2.2 storage and supports microSDXC expansion.
Connectivity includes 5G SA/NSA, dual-band Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac and Bluetooth 5.4. It accepts two Nano-SIM cards. NFC availability depends on the market or region, while FM radio and 24-bit/192kHz Hi-Res audio support are also listed.
Cameras
The rear camera setup consists of a 108 MP wide camera with an f/1.7 aperture and phase-detection autofocus, plus a 2 MP macro camera. Listed camera features include an LED flash, HDR and panorama.
The front camera is an 8 MP wide unit with an f/2.0 aperture. Both the rear and front camera video specifications list 1440p recording at 30fps and 1080p recording at either 30fps or 60fps.
Battery & charging
The Moto G47 has a 5200 mAh battery. The specification sheet also lists a USB Type-C 2.0 connection.
Software
